Testimonies-whiteband.org is the ‘people’s portal’ where GCAP constituents and the general public users can log-in to share their stories, photos and other digital content. The focus is not on economic analysis; but rather, the human, first-hand accounts of experiences with poverty or the struggle to abolish it. On this website, will be displayed personal stories and visuals on the movement’s core issues: poverty and inequality, accountability, debt, aid, trade and gender.

GCAP campaign

GCAP is a growing alliance of trade unions, community groups, faith groups, women and youth organisations, NGOs and other campaigners working together across more than 100 national platforms. GCAP also affirms that gender equality must also be at the heart of eradicating poverty.

I'll be waiting for updates from national coalitions, writing breaking news reports, updating the web site and sending links to the media and to all who would care to know about how th
